Director Jean-Jacques Zilbermann checks up on Simon and Rosalie, the stars of his Man is a Woman, ten years after their marriage breaks up. Simon’s mother accepts that he’s gay, but doesn’t realize that her pretty nurse Rose is the Arab cross-dresser (Naim) who steals her son’s heart. When Rosalie returns to Paris to star in Fiddler on the Roof with their precocious son Simon hasn’t seen in a decade Simon will have to let go of all his preconceived ideas, conventions, and fears.
